RETURN POLICY

During this time and COVID policies, we are not doing returns or exchanges. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Garage Girls Jewelry, reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a repackaging/restocking fee not less than 15%.

 

Our Automotive Jewelry line is MADE TO ORDER. Body Jewelry is absolutely not returnable due to sanitary reasons.

 

We offer free repairs on all Automotive Jewelry within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. Repairs may be made after the 60 day period has expired and the buyer is responsible for any repair and shipping charges. Please email us if you have any issues with your order!

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
